All of our packages are shipped through a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged, because we give in our all to satisfy our wonderful customers. This includes investigating with the shipping courier, and replacing, crediting, or refunding an order.
In a case where a customer is unhappy with an order we may offer the option to return your order immediately and give you a refund of all the total money spent .
